Summer Solstice & Pizza Oven Block Party (family-friendly)
Come hang with neighbors and enjoy wood-fired pizza! Dough, sauce and toppings provided. Consider making a donation at the event.
We’re planning to block off a street like we did last year. Specifics coming soon!

Wednesday, June 19th, 6:30 PM.
Music Guild.

Location: 1219 E Jefferson St.

Host: Michelle King.

Theme: "Musical Snake."

You do not need to prepare. We will randomize the order of who selects the next song each round. You then have to play a song based off of something the person in front of you played. For example, if I play Pump It Up by Elvis Costello, the next person could play an Elvis Presley song, or Uptown Funk by Mark Ronson (feat. Bruno Mars), or a Squeeze song (collaborated with Elvis Costello in the early 80s).
Typically meets on the 3rd Wednesday of the month.

Thursday, June 20th, 7 PM.

Mystery Book Club.

Book: “Evergreen” by Naomi Hirahara.

Host: Jen Johnson \ jensincjohnson@gmail.com.
Location: 1413 E Grove St.

Usually meets every 3rd Thursday of the month.
