Annual 4th of July Parade & Potluck Brunch.

Bloomington Country Club Fireworks.

Join your neighbors along the south side of the Country Club to watch the BCC fireworks.
Enter either at Perrin or Mercer.

Friday, July 12th, 6 PM to ?
Monthly Social plus Mini Trivia Night.

Host: Marialys McClellan.
Location: 1410 E. Grove St.
Bring a dish to pass and your favorite beverage.
Don't forget your cash for the 50/50 drawing.

Wednesday, July 17th, 6:30 PM.
Music Guild.

Location: 1219 E Jefferson St.

Host: Michelle King.

Theme: "Disco, and DIsco Adjacent".

We will be playing a lot of funk, post punk, new wave, hip hop, and / or 90's alternative that touch on disco stylings. If it has a strong bassline and it makes you want to dance, we'll allow it. Well-known artists included the Bee Gees, ABBA, Donna Summer, Gloria Gaynor, Giorgio Moroder, Baccara, The Jacksons, Michael Jackson, Boney M., Earth Wind & Fire, Chaka Khan, Chic, KC and the Sunshine Band, Thelma Houston, Sister Sledge, Sylvester, The Trammps, Barry White, Diana Ross, Kool & the Gang, and the Village People.
Typically meets on the 3rd Wednesday of the month.

Mystery Book Club.

Annual 4th of July Parade and Potluck Brunch.

Decorate your bikes, wagons, strollers, scooters, etc. to join the parade — or line the streets to watch the patriotic display. Then bring a dish to share at an outdoor brunch after.

 

Meet at corner of Grove & Woodland for the parade, which travels west to Harwood, south to Taylor, east to Vale, north to Grove.

 

Followed by potluck brunch in Mike & Nancy Schulz’s backyard, 1322 E. Grove.
