Speaker: Speaker: Gina Hunter, ISU Assoc Professor of Anthropology.
Subject: Her book "Edible Insects: A Global History".
Hunter will talk about insects as human food from our prehistoric past to current food trends. Hunter is a cultural anthropologist specializing in the anthropology of food. She teaches at Illinois State University where she is also the Director of the Office of Student Research.

FGNA Architectural Tour

Be a tourist is your own ‘hood!
FGNA’s own Greg Koos will lead neighbors on an architectural tour throughout the Founders’ Grove neighborhood.
Tour goers will meet at the corner of Denver & Grove. The tour will proceed east on Grove Street and end at the Graehling home for light refreshments.
Registration is required with a 20-person limit, and the cost is $10 per person.

- Bring a desire to see the everyday in a different way
- - - FGNA events are for residents of Founders' Grove and their families. Friends are welcome when accompanied by a Founders' Grove resident.
